Do you like unique and unusual Whiskeys or Bourbon's?  If your answer is YES then we are the place to visit.  You will find we have some Whiskeys that cannot be found anywhere else.  You will not find them in Dan Murphy's over at Fountain Plaza in Erina and you definitely won't find them in Gosford, Terrigal or Avoca.


We cannot say much about the exact Whiskey's we have, because our competition will hear us.  So come on in, talk to Jo the Barman.   Jo will delight your senses leaving you wanting to return.

meat perfection takes time

Our meats are taken through a timeless process of original smokehouse style cookery. Smoking is the process of flavoring, browning, cooking, or preserving food by exposing it to smoke from burning or smoldering material, most often wood. Historically, farms in the Western world included a small building termed the "smokehouse," where meats could be smoked and stored. 


In North America, hickory, mesquite, oak, pecan, alder, maple, and fruit-tree woods, such as apple, cherry, and plum, are commonly used for smoking. Our choice of woods are a mystery...If you're truly interested, ask in house for the secrets.
